Meet Dr. Bennett

Dr. Nicole Bennett earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Colorado State University. She then completed a comprehensive rotating small animal internship at the Animal Medical Center in NYC. After her internship, she stayed on at the Animal Medical Center for training in small animal ultrasound while performing a clinical study on the effect of diet in diabetic cats while also working as a general small animal practitioner in Sleepy Hollow, NY. She obtained IVAS training for animal acupuncture during this time as well. Dr. Bennett then completed her residency training at Colorado State University with an interest in endocrinology, gastroenterology and immunology.

Dr. Bennett has been practicing as a small animal internist since 2004 working closely with general practitioners. She has won a human-animal bond award and she is a certified fear-free veterinarian. Dr. Bennett is now using her knowledge and experience to provide diagnostic ultrasounds with clinical interpretation and recommendations for local general and emergency veterinary practitioners to work with them, in tandem, to provide quality care for their patients.
